Dr. Joseph Fullmer was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. He completed his undergraduate at the University of Utah and continued to the University of Louisville to obtain his Doctor of Dental Medicine in 2008. In 2012, Dr. Fullmer completed oral and maxillofacial surgery residencies at Cook County Hospital and Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, a Fellow of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Utah Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Treasurer, a Member of the California Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, the American Dental Association, and the Utah Dental Association. Additionally, Dr. Fullmer became board-certified in 2014. When Dr. Fullmer is not providing exceptional service to his patients, he can be found spending time with his wife and three children, golfing, hiking, camping, skiing, snowboarding, and overlanding.
