Dr. David Lifferth was born in California and raised in Centerville, Utah. He earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Utah in 2012. In 2016, he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health. Dr. Lifferth completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency in 2020 at the University of Tennessee in Memphis in 2020. During his education, Dr. Lifferth completed three Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery externships at Highland Hospital/University of the Pacific, Loma Linda University, and Banner–University Medical Center. He also earned several awards and honors, including the Advanced Trauma Life Support Certification from the American College of Surgeons, the Dental Implant Student Award from the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and the Foundation Dental Student Scholarship Award, sponsored by the Oral Health Foundation, Pierre Fauchard Academy.
Dr. Lifferth cares deeply for his community and is proud to give back in meaningful ways, including providing oral surgery services to deserving individuals through Mission of Mercy, organizing and executing oral hygiene instruction workshops for elementary school students, providing dental care at community health fairs and wellness day events, and serving as a guide/provider at Give Kids a Smile events, where free comprehensive dental care is given to children in need.
When Dr. Lifferth is not providing his patients with exceptional care at Aspire Surgical – Park City, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four very active kids, hiking, bike riding, camping, boating, playing ice hockey, and spending time on Lake Powell.
