Dr. Parker Shiffler was born in Hayward, California, and grew up in Portland, Oregon. He completed his undergraduate from Brigham Young University, where he earned the BYU Department of Biology Academic Scholarship, which is only awarded to the top 5% of students. In 2013, Dr. Shiffler earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from the UCLA School of Dentistry. At Loma Linda University, Dr. Shiffler received his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) and completed a six-year Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency.

Currently, Dr. Shiffler is a Diplomate of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS), and a member of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology (ADSA). He proudly practices the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, including facial trauma, TMJ, and cosmetic surgery.

When Dr. Shiffler isn’t providing top-quality care to his patients, he enjoys hiking, vacationing in Hawaii with his family, cheering on the BYU Cougars, and spending time with his wife, three children, and Golden Retriever, Sparkle.

Dr. Shiffler is dedicated to ensuring all patients feel heard, understood, and cared for. He speaks fluent Spanish, allowing patients to converse comfortably in either English or Spanish.
