To help make your oral and maxillofacial surgery with Aspire Surgical more convenient, we accept payments made with Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. At Aspire Surgical, we strive to provide our patients with the highest quality of care possible while maintaining reasonable treatment costs. Because of our more affordable prices, payment is due at the time service is rendered, unless you have spoken to our team before your treatment and have made other arrangements. If you have any questions about your account or our financial policy, we welcome you to contact us and talk to our friendly team. In many cases, a simple phone call can clear up any concerns or questions.
Patients with Insurance
Our team is happy to bill most insurance providers for you, as long as we are provided with the proper paperwork. In order to bill your insurance provider, we need your correct insurance card, and we must be notified of any changes to your insurance plan. Please keep in mind that your insurance policy is between you and your insurance provider. We are not a part of your contract. Because of this, we do not regularly research why insurance providers may not pay for treatment or do not cover as much as was anticipated. If any fees are not covered within 45 days from the day service was rendered, all fees are considered past due, and you are responsible for paying them in full.
Insurance benefits are not a guarantee of payment; instead, they are only an estimate of what your insurance provider may cover. Your surgical deposit is an estimate of what you will have to pay, based on the information your insurance provider has given us. You are responsible for payment and receive a bill if your insurance does not pay for your treatment.
Please remember that you are fully responsible for any and all fees that are charged by Aspire Surgical, regardless of what your insurance covers.
After your treatment is complete, we will send you monthly statements. In most cases, insurance providers respond within four to six weeks after the claim has been filed. If your statement does not reflect any payments made by your insurance provider, please contact our office. You are responsible for paying for any remaining fees that are not covered by your insurance, and we appreciate your prompt remittance. If needed, our team can work with you to establish a payment plan, but this plan must be established prior to any procedures.
Financing Through Third-Party Companies
All payments for surgical procedures are due before the service is rendered. This includes co-payments, deductibles, and non-covered services. Non-covered services can include any treatment that is not covered by your current insurance plan. These payments are required in-full at the time services are rendered, or upon notice of an insurance claim denial.
Personal Injury Cases
Aspire Surgical does not make special arrangements for making payments. Each patient is responsible for treatment costs at the time services are provided. We do not accept any letters of guarantee or other guarantees from lawyers or attorneys.
If you have any questions regarding our financial policy, we welcome you to contact our office today. Our friendly team is always happy to help, and we look forward to your visit.
